Cell Culture Hotel
The scientific focus of the Cell Culture Hotel is to provide key technologies for targeted proteomic analyses of:
- embryonic stem cells (ESCs)
- induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS)
- differentiated cells
This research includes selective tagging of proteins using bacterial artificial chromosomes (BACs) and viral-mediated gene manipulation. We offer a variety of different epitopes for efficient tagging and purification of target proteins expressed at endogenous levels. This enables isolation of protein complexes for proteomic and genomic analyses.
