NPC Valorisation Voucher
In June 2009, the NPC launched the NPC Valorisation Voucher. This voucher is aimed at realising the step from scientific invention to commercial opportunity by enabling e.g. Proof-of-Concept studies that are still required. Applications for vouchers are open to all researchers with commercialisation plans in the proteomics field. Read more about conditions and how to apply:

First NPC Valorisation Voucher granted
The NPC can report the granting of the first NPC Valorisation Voucher to Huib Ovaa (NKI). Ovaa is planning to start a spin-off company that will perform custom synthesis of ubiquitinated peptides.
NPC Valoriasation Voucher for Bobby Florea
The NPC has recently awarded the second NPC Valorisation Voucher to Bobby Florea (Leiden University). Florea will launch a start-up company dedicated to providing organic synthesis of existing and custom compounds for Proteomics applications.
